All platform users do not need to perform tedious application uninstallation or reinstallation operations, and you have the permanent right to voluntarily submit an official account deletion request at any time to exercise your legal rights of independent management and disposal over your personal platform account and all associated private data.
All account cancellation and data erasure services involved in this agreement are independently provided and fully implemented by the official developer entity (Developer Entity Name: Neijiang Puwang E-commerce Co., Ltd.). The developer entity fully undertakes compliance responsibilities and legally guarantees that every user enjoys complete independent control rights and exclusive disposal rights over their personal account information and all types of personal data generated during platform usage.
Once users successfully submit a valid official account deletion application, the Minglea platform will automatically launch a 30-day official data retention cooling-off period. During the entire 30-day cooling-off cycle, your personal platform account and all associated usage data will be temporarily stored and completely retained by the platform server system. If you do not log in to your Minglea account in any form throughout the cooling-off period, the platform will strictly follow the provisions of applicable personal information protection laws and industry regulations to permanently and comprehensively erase all your personal private data information.
To satisfy the platform’s legitimate business demands including standardized compliance operation management, overall user big data statistical analysis, product function iterative upgrading and continuous user service quality optimization, the platform may retain a small quantity of non-personal data that has undergone complete desensitization and de-identification processing. All such retained data cannot identify, associate or track any specific individual user, and will never cause any infringement on users’ personal privacy and legitimate legal interests.
Within the 30-day valid grace period after the submission of the account deletion application, if users actively log in to their bound Minglea platform account through any valid login channel, the platform’s intelligent system will automatically revoke the pending account deletion application immediately. Your platform account will be instantly restored to the normal usable state, and all historical usage data, personalized custom settings, functional access permissions and other account reserved resources will be fully retained and completely restored, allowing you to use all platform services normally and completely.
In accordance with global personal information protection compliance requirements, the platform has set up two independent, formal and fully compliant official account deletion service channels for all users. Once the 30-day account deletion grace period ends completely, the platform will automatically finish the full account cancellation and personal data permanent deletion process, and the entire operation will take permanent, irreversible and non-revocable legal effect.
